Match XR – Explore the Future of Emerging Tech!
Match XR is taking over the Metropolia Arabia Creative Campus on November 18, 2025! For one full day, the biggest Nordic XR event brings together startups, industry experts, investors, students and tech enthusiasts to explore the future of XR, AI, Web3 and other emerging technologies.
Helsinki XR Center has been organizing the event since it’s launch, and we’re excited to have witnessed how Match XR has grown into a significant event in the emerging tech ecosystem. This year, we are passing the torch to Metaverse Finland Ecosystem (MEFI), led by DIMECC. MEFI will be taking the lead in organizing the event and ensuring that Match XR continues to grow and evolve with the industry.
Helsinki XR Center and Metropolia University of Applied Sciences continue to support Match XR as partners, alongside with Business Finland and Enterprise Europe Network Finland, to ensure a great experience for all participants.
What to Expect at Match XR 2025
We are super excited for what this year’s event has in store:
- XR Expo: Discover the latest tech innovations from over 60 Finnish and global exhibitors. The Expo Floor is the best place to try headsets, haptics, and AI-powered tools first-hand!
- Focus Stage: This year, Match XR will feature not one, but two stages packed with inspiring program! The newest addition, the Focus Stage, is dedicated to sharing the voices of startups and encouraging open dialogue with the audience.
- Matchmaking: Match XR provides curated one-on-one meetings at the 2nd floor matchmaking area, hosted by Enterprise Europe Network (EEN). Register and book 20-minute meetings with potential founders and partners!
- Match XR Awards: Celebrate the excellence in the Finnish XR industry at the first-ever national XR Awards, taking place right after the main event! This special evening event requires a separate registration, more details can be found here.
