Digital Value Communication – Divaco – is a Finnish startup based in Helsinki. Our purpose is to build better work-life teams. Divaco integrates revolutionary technological breakthroughs with various scientific studies and theories.

Divaco’s technological focus is on virtual reality (VR, XR & AR). Our objective in virtual reality is to research, examine, analyze, and obtain economically viable solution within the discipline of team building.

The scientific fields that built the company’s basis of existence are as follows: 1. Leadership, 2. Strategy, 3. Human resources, 4. Psychology, 5. Anthropology, 6. Ethnology. and 7. Political science. Every one of these fields has a representative with us. These representatives are academically ranked by university standards as a Docent or higher. Most of the representatives of Divaco hold the title of professor in their respective fields.

Divaco’s aim is to combine strong science-based theories with real life work issues and challenges. Goal is to build work-life teams that can achieve a “high performance” standard. However, a principle for all our services is that all achievements must support employees’ (and employers’) mental health. Hence, we do not believe in good results without good mental health and mindset.
