Meet Kira Vesikko, our Communications Specialist. They are in charge of websites, social media, and generally all the information about HXRC.

Meet Essi Leivo, the Events and Collaboration Specialist at Helsinki XR Center. Essi is in charge of Match XR and industry collaboration.

Meet Sami Lehtinen, HXRC’s producer. He is working on Match Up 2019 as a part of the Events and Communications team.

Meet Janina Rannikko, the data curator. Her role is contacting and connecting academic researchers of VR, AR and MR in order to expand the scientific outreach of HXRC and enable XR cooperation between scientific and business world.

Meet Tiina Vuorio, HXRC’s Operations Lead. Tiina acted as a founder of HXRC and now leads the whole operation.

Meet Päivi Keränen, HXRC’s EU Advisor. Päivi is the project manager in the international Augmented Urbans -project (Baltics).

Meet Aleksis Karme, HXRC’s Advisor. He is also a researcher & CSO of Teatime Research Ltd. and has a paleontologist background.

Meet Antti Laurikainen, HXRC’s XR Advisor. Lauri also acts as a manager for Metropolia UAS’s RDI (Research, Development, Innovation) unit.

Meet Meeri Lehto, HXRC’s Project Assistant. She works with social media, graphic design, and is a photography professional.

Meet Ossi Hynönen, the project assistant in the HXRC communications and events team, and a man of many nicknames.

Meet Mira Simsiö, HXRC’s producer. Her responsibility is leading the event, communications and marketing team.
